At the City of Nixa Wastewater Treatment Facility, 23 years of exposure to aggressive wastewater conditions had caused significant deterioration in the concrete clarifiers. Cracking, leaking joints, and failing grout lines were beginning to threaten the long-term operation of the clarifier. In the past, the city had performed countless patchwork maintenance repairs methods, but the results were temporary and required frequent rework.
